8 Weeks Assignment

Background/Education:

This individual has a minimum of three years inpatient coding experience in an acute care facility.

Medical terminology (basic and advanced), Human anatomy and physiology, pathology and microbiology, completion of AHIMA approved coding program, knowledge of ICD-9-CM, CPT 4.

This individual also must have experience in computer data entry

 

License/Certifications: 

MUST be CCS Certified
