Gross per week: $2,800/wk  - $3,120/wk ( $1,360/wk - Taxable + $1,760/wk - Stipend) 

Shift: Days Available
Shift Notes: 8-HR (40 hrs)/ week

Start date: ASAP
Length: Contract 
Notes: Minimum of 2-years Physical therapy experience.
