Position Requirements

• At least 1 year recent PACU Experience.   
• Photo Identification
• BLS
• ACLS

 
Health Documents Requirements

• Annual Physical Exam
• Annual PPD or Chest Xray
• MMR and Varicella Titers or Vaccinations
• Drug Screen
