Position Requirements
•  At least 2 year recent experience in an Acute Care Setting.   
•  Must have TARS Experience
 
Health Documents Requirements
·         Annual Physical Exam
·         Annual PPD or Chest Xray
·         MMR and Varicella Titers or Vaccinations
·         Drug Screen
