Position Requirements
·       At least 1 year recent Home Health Experience.   
·       Photo Identification
·       BLS
·       Oasis Experience
·       Charge Nurse Experience
 
 
Health Documents Requirements
·       Annual Physical Exam
·       Annual PPD or Chest Xray
·       MMR and Varicella Titers or Vaccinations
·       Drug Screen
