Position Requirements

• At least 1 year recent Operating Room Experience.
• Photo Identification
• BLS

 
Health Documents Requirements

• Annual Physical Exam
• Annual PPD or Chest Xray
• MMR and Varicella Titers or Vaccinations
• Drug Screen
