Position Requirements

• At least 2 years recent experience as an MS/TELE RN in an Acute Care Setting. 

• Start Date is November 10, 2014.

  
Health Documents Requirements

• Annual Physical Exam
• Annual PPD or Chest Xray
• MMR and Varicella Titers or Vaccinations
• Drug Screen
