Make $15 an hour working 40 hours as a Certified Nurse Assistant

- 3pm-11:30pm
Facility Job Description:
Works under the direction of the RN to provide patient care using defined procedures and standards in accordance with the goals of the unit and philosophy of the Facility.
Essential Functions: Demonstrates competency in the following areas:
-Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/health care
errors.
-Adhere to established policies and procedures, safety, environmental, and infection control policies.
-Treats patients and their families with respect and dignity
-Communicates appropriately and clearly to registered nurse, physicians, staff, Nurse Executive and administrative team.
-Manages and operates equipment safely and correctly.
-Provides bedside patient care within scope of practice to ensure patients’ needs are met and hospital policy is followed.
-Maintains a good working relationship both within the department and with other departments.
-Demonstrates an ability to be flexible, organized and function well under stressful situations.
-Interacts professionally with patient/family.
-Fosters communication between multiple disciplines on behalf of the patient.
-Answer telephone and intercom in a timely and polite manner.
-Transcribes orders within one hour when feasible.
-Enters orders correctly into the computer.
-Documentation meets current standards and policies.
-Adheres to Hospital Quality and Service Standards of Excellence.
