ability to monitor lab values and analyze will help.

Complete Description:
Processing home infusion orders and ambulatory infusion center (AIC)orders, check drugs as they are compounded for both home infusion and AIC, all supplies that go home. Knowledge of how to compound IV products would be helpful.

Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Pharmacy.
Valid State of California Pharmacist license.
Knowledge of general hospital pharmacy practice and clinical pharmacy practice.

Preferred Qualifications:
Doctor of Pharmacy Degree.
At least two years prior Ambulatory/Infusion hospital experience and/or training.
