Position Requirements

· All position needs at least 2 year experience in an Acute Care setting within the last 3 years.

· Photo Identification

· CA License for position

· BLS

· ACLS

· PALS

Annual Physical Exam

· Annual PPD or Chest Xray

· MMR and Varicella Titers or Vaccinations

· Drug Screen
