SHIFT: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

Complete Description:
Candidate must float to TELE and 7th Floor (Med Surg, TELE and Oncology mix)
3-5 years ICU experience.
Strong CCU/ICU experience
Hemodynamic monitoring and intra-aortic balloon pump experience preferred.
Open heart and/or trauma experience preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
ICU patients in the ER
Also willing to float to Inpatient Unit to cover holding ICU patients
High acuity
36 bed unit

Summary:
Will assess patient and family health problems and resources. Will take a leadership role in the development, implementation and outcome evaluation of a plan for nursing care provided by the nursing team. Will provide technical nursing care and interventions to designate patient populations.

Travel Experience = 2 Years
TNCC = Highly desired
Hemodynamic monitoring/intra-aortic balloon pump experience = Highly desired
Open heart and/or trauma experience = Highly desired
Bilingual = (English/Spanish)
CA RN license
AHA - BLS
AHA - ACLS
