Complete Description:
The RCP II (RRT) is responsible for the evaluation, assessment, and administration of all respiratory modalities ordered at SACH. As an essential member of the health care team, they interact with multiple health care disciplines in order to provide the best care possible for the patient.
2 years Acute Care setting experience, 2 year RT experience. Orientation is done on the unit with person in "charge".

Invasive and Non-invasive Ventilation devices
Spirometry Screener
Chest Physiotherapy devices
Oxygen delivery devices
Volume Expansion Therapy
All forms of Suction equipment
Resuscitation bags and Airway equipment
If Neonatal Competent: a. HFOV b. Transcutaneous Monitors
If PFT Competent: Collins PFT Machine

Requirements:
RCP
AHA - BLS
Acute Care Experience = 1 year
RT Experience = 1 year
