Upland, CAShift: 7a-2:30p Mon-Friday; Some weekends and call.
6 months contract
Sterilization of the surgical instruments and decontamination.
The role encompasses assisting with the patient care in the surgical setting through the provision of technical assistance to the surgical team members.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High school diploma or GED.
Knowledge and Skills:
Aseptic technique in the surgical setting.
Able to work in the fast paced environment and manage/prioritize/complete work assignments and other duties as assigned.
License/Certifications, Required/Desired Skills
OR Scrub Tech Certification or SPD Program Completion
AHA-BCLS
OR Scrub Tech Experience = at least 2 years experience
Travel Experience = at least 2 years experience
HS Diploma or Equivalent
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to perform the essential physical job requirements.
