The Physical Therapist supports the mission, vision, values and objectives of Saint John's Health Center. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, discharge planning, performing patient evaluations, establishing and implementing a plan of care, monitoring patient’s progress.
The Physical Therapist should demonstrate professional communication and interpersonal skills including direct, honest and compassionate behavior.
Qualifications:
B.A./B.S. degree with certificate from an accredited program in Physical Therapy or a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
As required per Director - Demonstrates competency in lymphedema management and rehabilitation of breast cancer patients.
Experience preferred in the acute hospital setting
Computer literate (Word)
Experience with Meditech preferred.
Physical therapy modalities such as Whirlpool, pulsed lavage, electrical stimulation, TENS, ultrasound, ionotophoresis, etc.
